TALKWORKS SLEEP WORKSHOPS

NHS Talking Therapy workshops offering free CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) session open to anyone over 18 who is living in Devon (with the exception of Plymouth). The 2 hour online workshop will help you learn more about:

  • The science of sleep
  • Common sleep problems and their causes
  • Quality of sleep vs quantity
  • Evidence-based ways of improving sleep
  • Additional support available
