KEY COUNSELLING TRAINING
Free counselling sessions by video, delivered by people who are in training. Birmingham and Devon-based face-to-face clinics are available but national delivery by video call.

SILVER CLOUD
Online mental health and wellbeing digital support programme using iCBT (Internet Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), aimed at carers, parents and other supporters, but it can be used by anyone living in Devon who would like some support with:
- · Improving sleep
- · managing stress
- · building resilience
- · supporting an anxious child or teen
The programmes are free and confidential.
LOW COST COUNSELLING CORNWALL
Face-to-face, phone and online counselling for people across Cornwall. Home visits may be possible. Sessions cost between £10 and £20, depending on means. If fees are not affordable, as you may be eligible for grants or bursaries, so please contact.

INVICTUS CLEAR COUNSELLING
Invictus CLEAR Counselling is for young people living in Cornwall aged between 11 and 21 who are struggling with issues that are affecting their mental health and wellbeing such as:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Self-harm
- Relationship difficulties
- Learning Coping Skills
If Invictus CLEAR Counselling is the right service for you, they typically offer around 14 sessions, however this can vary according your needs and circumstances. Counselling can be face-to-face or online according to where you live and your personal circumstances. They do not provide face-to face counselling in your home but will arrange a mutually convenient time and venue..
They can also offer up to 6 sessions of counselling for the parents / carers of a young person being supported through this service.
