HEALTHIER YOU: NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme
The Healthier You NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme is a free programme for patients who have been identified as being at risk from Type 2 Diabetes. Patients can get help to make positive changes to their diet, weight and physical activity levels to significantly reduce their risk level. People should self-refer via the website link below.
